Does that sentence inspire as much confidence in you as it does in me? Is your confidence directed to "him" or to the speaker of said words?

Is "him" a person who is the administrative front line for a local family entertainment organization? If it is, I hope the improvement is vast indeed.

In this case, "him" is an assistant who has been assigned to one of my classes.

But I expect similar changes in behavior from either "him."
