when I called last night I wasn't hi.

I know you think you've got me pegged, but just yesterday I dropped into an insurance agency and started insuring things. Just for fun. My agent's name is Hi, and I think he was a little discouraged that when I shook his hand, I went for the regular handshake handshake instead of the hand-clasp-around-thumbs thing he was going for. I'm cool, insurance man, but I'm not that cool.

...and I finally got someone to explain what those signs you always see in asian businesses mean. Thanks Hi!

I have car insurance because the law says I've gotta, but I've been ignoring the "$50,000 renters' insurance" clause in my lease even though that's totally dumb because renters' insurance is like totally cheap and it covers things like stolen cds and burnt-down houses.

Want to hook me up with Hi? It could be a double date with me and my retirement account guy.

The other great thing about Renter's Insurance (as I just recently discovered) is that it also covers things like if your car gets broken into & stuff is stolen out of it.

Wish I had had me some of that RI last weekend...
