the truth is the best way out

New Debit Card = already on the way.

New Washington State Drivers License = Temporary in hand, permanent on the way.

so once I get a new wallet, student ID and grocery store card, I might be back to almost normal. HOWEVER, it would make my day if I could find another wallet that had little red skull and crossbones on it, because that sucker was cute.

wallets are overrated... what you need is a nice fanny pack! tacky? yes.. but very hard to lose and you just upgraded to something like six zippable pockets (depending on style).

Rather than a wallet, or a fanny-pack, you should just take to keeping your money sewed into the hem of your pants/skirts. And start worrying about germs. And wearing tissue boxes on your feet.

In other news, I have a firm belief that fanny packs, while the most convenient things ever invented, should be outlawed because they are so fucking ugly. and I would use it like i use my satchel (holder of 2 markers 2 pens, 3 pencils, electrical tape, mini notebook, 4 bobby pins, addressbookplanner, 3 safety pins, 2 sets of keys, cellphone and soon to be new wallet) so the same problem would occur, with the added problem of horribly dorkface uglyness.

I know it sounds like joke, but fanny packs are all the rage this season in Paris. They come in stylish (gag me) leather with metal belt buckles/ accessories. Hmmm. Could this be part of the new pirate wear that I sent you magazine clippings of? A fanny pack to hold yur treasure, matey? Something to look good while swabbing the decks?

Whatever the reason, these ugly puppies from the 80s are popping up all over the place here, and I cant stand it! Whoever said Paris was light years ahead in fashion should come here and put a stop to the hideous trends coming back into style, including this and denim on denim. Ahhh!
