you wasted life, why wouldnt you waste the afterlife?

I know I'm supposed to be working hard on something, but it's been so damn beautiful that all I can do is find a place with maximum sun exposure and bask until it's time to get ready for work.
I feel like a plant all over. My arms and legs and neck are getting longer with every extra second I delay, lolling around with my books in the yard.

I'm going to sprout flowers from my fingers and toes this summer.

i'm gonna need to get out of SF for sun this summer, and i fully intend to make the most of the weekends and head east, out of the fog. sun is necessary. we are after all just photosynthesizing, H20 sucking organisms. soak it UP.

It really has been an amazing few months. I was talking to my upstairs neighbor yesterday while we were both out working in the yard -- noticing how the bare trees have turned leafy in what seems like just a few days, the incredible growth spurts of all the plants, and of course the profusion of colors: blue, yellow, white, purple, orange, lavender, and green, green, green.

I'm just hoping this doesn't forebode a summer of brown, brown, brown...
