I'll have to give that recipe a try some time.

And it sounds like what you've got is most of the raw ingredients for about 40 pounds of stew - which, much as I love stew, is still - an awful lot of stew.

I like the idea of cutting the grocery bill in half and having piles of food. Maybe I'll give it a try. Costos can get so busy. Happy cooking!
