I wore shorts and a tank top today-- and my trucker hat that Bets bought me on tour. It says: "Grandpa's Sidekick" (How'd she know?).
Dudes: It's frickin' February!!
Last weekend our class went to the beach with our mask teacher and did a ritual. We stood with our backs to the ocean and imagined it was our past, and when we turned around to visualize our futures--a seal swam by.
And the frogs by the Grange are so loud at night.
Yeah, it's been sunny and pushing 60 degrees every day so far this week up here in ole' Sea-town. The ski slope operators are freaking out, as pretty much all the snow pack is gone, which means we could be in for serious drought conditions later this summer.
But right now, I'm going out to do some gardening...

After all this time,
The sun never says to the earth,
"You owe me."
Look at what happens
With a love like that,
It lights the whole sky.
